Delivered by our skilled licensed professionals in a serene and private setting, each Medi Pedi is an exquisite fusion of advanced techniques and luxurious pampering, ensuring your feet receive the exceptional care they deserve.

During our Medi Pedi treatment, led by Marcela Correa and her esteemed team, your feet receive meticulous care tailored to their specific needs. Beginning with a comprehensive evaluation, the first half hour is dedicated to cleansing, and trimming of the nails, while addressing any ailments whether it is calluses, corns, or ingrown nails. In the subsequent half hour, our skilled technicians focus on thorough cleaning, removing lingering dead skin, and hydrating the feet to maintain their health and prevent dryness and cracking. The duration of the process typically ranges from 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the condition of your feet. Every Medi Pedi is tailored and customizable for each client.

Our Medi Pedi treatment encompasses:

- A thorough assessment and consultation on the condition of your feet, skin, and toenails.

- Extensive cleaning and cleansing procedures.

- Precise sanding, buffing, and shaping of the nails to eliminate dead cells and ensure maximum comfort.

- Removal of dead skin and buffing to reveal soft, rejuvenated feet.

- Targeted therapy for specific conditions such as nail fungus, athlete's foot, calluses, corns, cracked heels, or ingrown nails.

Please note: Unlike conventional salons, we do not incorporate foot massages into our treatment, and water is not utilized for cleaning. Additionally, we do not address deep or infected ingrown nails; we recommend consulting a Podiatrist for such conditions.

However, it's particularly beneficial for certain groups, including diabetic patients, arthritis sufferers, athletes, dancers, professionals who spend long hours on their feet (such as doctors, nurses, and performers), as well as individuals who frequently wear high heels.

Regardless of your specific situation, our Medi-Pedi treatment can provide the care and attention your feet deserve.

At Medi Pedi NYC, our priority is the health and well-being of your feet. While we understand the appeal of nail polish, we opt to focus solely on enhancing the natural beauty of your toes. Therefore, we do not offer or apply nail polish during our treatments.

This decision is rooted in our commitment to preventing the spread of germs, fungus, and diseases. Additionally, it allows us to maximize the time between clients to thoroughly clean and disinfect all areas of the treatment room, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for everyone.

Unfortunately, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you, as it would disrupt subsequent appointments. In such cases, you will be charged a 60% cancellation or rescheduling fee.

While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, we kindly ask for your understanding in respecting both our time and that of our other clients.

To determine if you qualify for laser treatment, it's best to consult with a qualified professional. However, laser treatment can potentially assist with conditions such as nail fungus and dark pigmentation. Multiple sessions may be required for optimal results.

To determine if you qualify for KeryFlex treatment, we recommend scheduling an appointment with one of our medical nail technicians. They will assess your individual condition and needs, and a picture can be helpful for initial evaluation.

All services are non-refundable once rendered.

If you’re not satisfied, you must notify us immediately and return for up to 3 touch-ups within 7 days of the original service. Refunds may be considered only after all touch-ups are completed and the issue remains unresolved.

Clients must follow all after-treatment recommendations provided. Failure to follow these instructions may void eligibility for touch-ups or refunds.

Clients also may not seek outside correction (e.g., from a podiatrist or another provider) before completing our touch-up process — doing so forfeits any refund eligibility.

Same-Day Changes:

• Cancellation or Rescheduling: 60% charge

• No Show (no notice / 20+ minutes late): 100% charge

• No Confirmation by 4:00 PM the day prior: Automatic cancellation (no fee)

Late Arrivals:

• 10+ minutes late: Full service not guaranteed — full payment required. You may need to choose between toes or heels.

• 20+ minutes late (with notice): 60% cancellation fee, or partial service (if possible) at full price.

Please arrive on time so we can give you the best experience and stay on schedule for all appointments.

Tipping: Tips for our wonderful technicians are always appreciated!

Guests: Only one person is allowed in the treatment room. Companions may wait in our designated waiting area.

Forms: Please complete the forms emailed to you after booking. If not completed beforehand, arrive 5–10 minutes early to finish them in-office.
