Tips:
1. We suggest wearing our gel aligners in increments of 30 minutes a day, gradually increasing the time by 30 additional minutes daily.
2. The gel aligners can be worn all the day while wearing socks, boots and sneakers.
3. Do not use with open toed shoes
4. Do not use shoes that are too tight or too small.
Daily care:
1. Turn inside out, use antibacterial soap with warm water to gently hand wash.
2. Hang up to dry.
